1. Measures to Prevent the Spread of Infectious Diseases The facility does not allow guests who meet the following items to stay as a countermeasure against infectious diseases. □Those with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher □Those with coughing symptoms, those who are not in good physical conditions □Those who have been in close contacts with an infected person ■Please note that you may be asked to leave if you are applicable to these or tested positive of COVID-19 during your stay. In that case, the accommodation fee will not be returned to you. ■In the unlikely event that a positive person is confirmed at this facility, we can not guarantee the cost of testing and treating infectious diseases, and the damage caused by the outbreak of infectious diseases 2. About wearing Masks As of March 13, 2023, the wearing of masks during your stay is at your own discretion. We ask for your consideration so that other guests will not be forced to wear masks against their will. Although we continues to take measures to prevent the spread of infection, such as temperature checks at check-in, hand sanitizer sprays, and partitions, please be aware that there is a risk of infection before you stay at the hotel. Please note that we cannot guarantee the cost of testing and treatment for infectious diseases or any damages caused by the outbreak of infectious diseases in the unlikely event that a positive case is confirmed at our facility. ----- If you do not cooperate with the above measures against infectious diseases, We may ask you to leave the hostel. Please note that the accommodation fee will not be refunded in that case. It is a normal room without meals plan. * Towels and toothbrushes can be additionally used at check-in for an additional fee.
